Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:

• Free Standard Shipping in Canada on orders over $200 CAD

• Free Shipping to the USA on orders over $250 CAD

🛃 Duties & Customs

• For U.S. customers, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Canadian orders are not subject to duties, but applicable provincial sales tax (PST, GST/HST) will be added at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

❗ Delivery Issues

Crystal Kissed is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers or customs

• Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered"

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
