1. What is Crystal Kissed?
Crystal Kissed is a Canadian-based small business specializing in elegant, hand-embellished accessories and décor using high-quality rhinestones or crystals. Whether you're shopping for bridal sparkle, statement gifts, or custom corporate items, you're in the right place.
2. Where are you located?
We are proudly based in Kelowna, BC, Canada, and all our products are hand-prepared and designed with care here.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter!
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, plus shipping time:
Canada: 3–9 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
Custom or made-to-order items WILL take a longer — details will be provided or emailed to you once custom details are obtained.
5. Are your products handmade?
Many of our items — especially those embellished with rhinestones and crystals — are hand-applied or custom designed. We take great care in crafting every piece. Rhinestones are placed one stone at a time!
6. Can I request a custom design or bulk order?
Yes! We love working on custom bridal, gift, or corporate orders. Contact us at crystalkisseddesigns@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @CrystalKissed with your ideas, and we’ll bring them to life.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
PayPal
Apple Pay & Google Pay (where available)
All payments are processed securely through our checkout provider.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your sparkle! Due to the type of product we provide, no exchanges will be accepted. Only exception will be eligible (damaged items) which an be returned (with proof of damage) within 14 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, or final sale items are not returnable. 9. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email crystalkisseddesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number so we can make it right.
10. How do I care for my Crystal Kissed items?
Your handcrafted, rhinestone items require some care to ensure stones do not come off and to keep the sparkle!
To keep your sparkle looking its best:
Handle with care, DO NOT DROP
Avoid prolonged contact with water or chemicals, DO NOT SOAK
Tumblers are HAND WASH ONLY. A soft bristle nail brush can be used for rhinestones on outer cup. Scrub gently for a deep clean between the stones using your usual dish soap. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
